USER DATA AND PROTECTION
ADHESION TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
Filling in express orders to fully and unreservedly to each and every one of the General Conditions as indicated in the box "I accept the conditions" of the buying proces.
Orders can still be made to MARJOMAN by purchasing process established www.marjoman.net, employing technical means there disposed to effect, duly completed. Once done, the user will receive an email with confirmation of your order and the details of it. In the event that upon receipt of an order does not have available stocks of the product subject to the order, MARJOMAN offer the user the possibility of waiting for your product is available, to purchase a similar product or cancel the order (in this case, MARJOMAN will refund any amount that may have been paid). Likewise, if there is an error in the marked prices or in the product information, upon receipt of the order, MARJOMAN reserves the right to rectify said data or, if necessary, to cancel the order. In any case, the customer will be duly informed and if the order or part of it is canceled, will receive the amount owed.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
The couriers offered can vary depending on the particular conditions of a shipment or delivery area.
The delivery of products in stock will be two to five business days to the Spain peninsula, from the moment the cash is paid the full price, costs and taxes. For cases where the product has to be ordered MARJOMAN supliers the delivery time mentioned above shall be understood from the time of receipt of goods in stores MARJOMAN.
For shipments outside the peninsula, MARJOMAN offers the user the posibility to track the order; the estimated time not exceeding 20 days from receiving cleared charging full price, costs and taxes apply if the products are in stock, or from the receipt of goods in stores MARJOMAN, if the product had to be ordered from suppliers. MARJOMAN not guarantee the performance of this term in countries outside the EU, but shall at all times track the request and will notify the client.
If for some reason we can not meet the delivery date, we will inform the customer of this and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
Transfer of risks
The customer assumes all risk of deterioration, damage and loss of products from the time they have been made available under this, damage clause.
MARJOMAN assumes no responsibility for failure to provide the service, whether this is due to any event of major force.
PRICE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
The price of each product will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in cases of obvious error. If MARJOMAN detected an error in the price of any of the products that the user has requested, inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you did not reach an MARJOMAN contact the customer, the order will be canceled and will receive a full refund that would have been paid.
The prices on this website include VAT but exclude shipping costs, to be added to the total amount and in any case will be specified in the previous steps to purchase and order confirmation.
Prices may change at any time, but (except as noted above), any changes will not affect orders confirmed.
The prices of the items with production or features different of the product offered as standard will be quoted by Marjoman.
Methods of payment
Products are paid exclusively, and customer choice, by any of the following means:
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer can freely cancel his contract within 7 working days from the delivery date. The date of receipt proving delivery used for the purposes of calculating the period of seven days referred to in this clause.
However, the product or products must be in unused and in its original packaging or, failing that, well packed on their own, and with them, the original invoice was issued at the time by MARJOMAN to the customer. The risk of loss, deterioration or damage concerning the withdrawal by the customer are to delivery to MARJOMAN.
This does not apply in the case of custom-made products, unless they have any defect or any different feature to the previously stipulated in the order.
This provision does not affect other consumer rights recognized by law.
Refund for cancellation
MARJOMAN reimburse the amount paid for it initially (after deduction of direct expenses, which will be provided by the user, rejecting, carriage returns) in respect of price, costs and taxes for the product or products in a within 15 days after receipt thereof by MARJOMAN, provided they were received under the conditions set out in the preceding clause. If they had any damage, the customer shall indemnify MARJOMAN by the amount corresponding to such damage, MARJOMAN deducting that amount from which the user would have to pay back following the withdrawal.
Also MARJOMAN reserves the right to repay the amount paid upon receipt of the order if there is a cause that impedes make the shipment within the stipulated terms.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
MARJOMAN responsible for the quality of its products, and support returning any defective products, taking care of expenses incurred as a result of such repayment whenever the user communicates this circumstance within 7 working days from the date of delivery .
In cases where the customer considers that at the delivery time the product it is not in accordance the terms of the contract, should contact MARJOMAN by any of the means specified in the Contact section providing product data and its damage, and we will tell the customer how to proceed.
MARJOMAN shall examine the returned product and will notify the customer by e-mail, within a reasonable time, if there proceeds return or replacement of the product (in his case). The refund or replacement item will be made as soon as possible.
The amounts paid for products that are returned because of any fault or defect, when really is in the product, will be refunded in full, including delivery charges. The refund will be made in the same method that was used to pay for the purchase.
MARJOMAN owns all intellectual property rights in all material or content from this website www.marjoman.net or, where appropriate, the licence to use those materials or other owners content. The user of the site may use this material only how MARJOMAN expressly authorized by or who was granted a license to use.
Notifications should be sent by any of the ways indicated in Contact. Unless otherwise stated, the communications MARJOMAN sends to the customer will be through the way used by him.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
MARJOMAN not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of any of its obligations assumed under a contract that is caused by events beyond its control (major force).
LAW AND JURISDICTION
Use of our website and purchase contracts of products through this website shall be governed by Spanish law and in the courts of Salamanca.
