What are the steps to make a purchase?

1. Choose a product from our store.
2. Select size, color, etc.. and the amount you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart". Repeat the same operation for each product you wish to add.
3. When finished adding items, click "Next" in the window "Cart" (located in the upper right). You can see that the order is correct in the "Summary" tab.
4. Check the delivery address, accept to the Terms and Conditions and make payment (all payments are made with maximum security).

Can I return my purchase? How can I do it?

The customer have a period of 7 days to return the purchase, as long as the products are intact and in the original packaging. We will refund the amount paid, excluding transport costs incurred by the return.
If the item you received is damaged or defective, Marjoman will replace it by another in perfect condition or will refund the cost (including shipping), as long as the incidence is reported in 7 business days from the date of delivery.

How can I pay?

We now have three payment systems activated in our shop: Paypal, credit card payments (we accept any type of card: Visa, MasterCard, Servired...) and bank transfer. In the last step of the purchase the customer will have the option to choose between the three.

Where can I see the status of my order?

Click the "Your Account" (located in the upper right). You'll find all the information on "Order history and details".

 

How much am I charged for delivering costs?

Delivery costs vary depending on the total cost of the order and area to be delivered. See here shipping cost by country.

In step purchase "Shipping" will show the cost and you can decide if you go ahead or not with the purchase.

 

I want a customized product, how I indicate my specifications?

You can to add some variation to any product of our store, as long as you choose a model manufactured by Marjoman.

When you make the purchase, enter the changes you want to incorporate in step purchase "Address" in the box for comments about the request ("If you would like to add a comment about your order, please write it below." )

No surcharge:
· Change in color buckles.
· Change the color of the leather (options: black, brown and natural), except for the white leather (consult increase before your order).

·
Change the underneath panels from canvas to leather or vice versa.
· Replace the system of fixed buckles of XpandGirth by movable buckles (see user guide).
· Indicate a concrete measure to manufacture the XpandGirth.

Surcharge:
· To manufacture a leather product in white.
· Special widths for saddles (consult).

Marjoman reserves the right to accept or reject an order that he considers out of his possibilities.

 

I need a saddle made to measure, what I have to do?

We can make your saddle to fit your horse as long as you choose a model manufactured by Marjoman.

1. Take the measurements of your horse according to the method shown in the following link: A correct measurement

2. When you make the purchase of the saddle, introduced measures in step of purchase "Address" in the box for the comments about the request.

3. You get on the saddle made according to your instructions.
